I was disappointed in the time it took to receive the order and the tracking system was not good. However the responses to my questions on the status of the order were handled by Shaun and his follow up (several times) were exceptional. I will have to purchase another round of meds for our pet and only due to the customer service will I purchase again, with at least 3 weeks lead time.

Received my order in good condition . Who ever delivered it left a dog biscuit for our babies ( so sweet ) .
