You guys did great letting me know that my order was about to ship and my credit card was going to be charged. I am set up on auto reorder. I was a little disappointed that after my card was charged I got an email about a coupon that I could have applied. I think that maybe that should be automatic for customers who are on an auto reorder plan. if that coupon is valid for that purchase. Thanks for listening

Overall I like your product and pricing however I find the shipping to be slow than stated. I was informed 10 business days. The product was shipped on 3/27 and I received it 4/23

The order did take about 15 or more working days to arrive so order earlier than you need it. Lastly, the costumer service on this site is great. They were extremely responsive to my question and concerns.
