Hi John, no I did not receive my order as yet. I chatted with one of your reps on Monday and they have resent my order at no cost to me. I have always been pleased with the service and product from Pet Bucket and I am waitng for my order to arrive. This is very unusual for it not to come, but it must have gotten lost in it's travel somewhere. Thank you for your concern and also the attention that was take to this matter when I called.
