My last order for flea preventative was shipped incorrectly (I ordered 3 and 1 arrived) I emailed Petbucket to let them know that there was a problem and the remainder of my order had to have been put in the mail that day. For me, it's not about everything being perfect every time. It's about Customer Service that will take care of you. I have ordered from PB for years and this is the first time there has been a mistake. I won't buy my pet meds anywhere else.

Cheapest place to get the seresto collar..... I live in an area where the collar only lasts for 6 months and I have 3 dogs plus one foster so it can get pretty expensive replacing the collars. They shipped pretty quick

I got what I ordered, at a good price, and quite quickly. There was a small mix-up regarding a discount coupon (probably my fault) but when I called PetBucket . . . they honored the coupon with no hastle. PetBucket remains high on my list for "pet stuff".
