I placed an order and a couple weeks later I was getting concerned. I contacted them by message. I lost the order # so I gave them my name city zip. Within an hour, they responded me it had shipped with the order # and told me if it doesn't come in 20 days to contact and go forward from there. They gave me an update and told me it would be out for delivery the same day. Got em. Unparalleled customer service.
